  Several recent reports [1-2] have highlighted the speed and convenience of microwave-assisted enzymatic digestion.However,the microwave usually could be weakened when it rose at presupposed temperature of researchers,which leaded to the neglect of the effect of microwave.Here we use a condensing device to dissipate the heat so that the circumstance of digestion can stay in the stable temperature and the full power of microwave is maintained.Immobilized trypsin and bovine serum albumin(BSA)were as enzyme and substrate respectively.The whole device is shown as Figure1.
