Tumors involving the chest wall are rare and are a heterogeneous group of benign and highly aggressive lesions.Therefore, the clinical management of these tumors differs substantially from a wait-and-see policy or local marginal surgery to multimodality approaches, including systemic chemotherapy, radiotherapy, and surgical intervention.Surgical resection of the tumor is the only effective treatment in most cases of these tumors.For low-grade tumors such as chondrosarcoma, the treatment of choice is complete excision because there is no effective chemotherapy or radiotherapy approaches for these tumors.
