　　Ostraceous psoriasis is a rare type of psoriasis.The lesions of ostraceous psoriasis are presented as firmly adhered thick scales in several colors which are similar to oyster shells.The diagnosis depends on its characteristic lesions and histopathological examination.In this case,we treated a young male patient with systemic medicine and topical medications.
