城乡规划的未来不是技术的叠加,而是技术的集成,不是简单的二维以至于四维,而是多维度的突破演化.人类步入生态文明时代,城市规划的价值取向由单一专注于效率效益而转变成为以环境为第一价值取向.进一步凝聚社会各领域对科技、对城市未来的美好共识,促进对城市未来科技的理解与支持.作者基于百度凡尔纳计划针对人类未来学的深入研究,以技术集成本身定义为基础,结合当前处于的生态文明时期的基本特征,提出了城市未来学的基本定义:城市未来学是在生态文明时期的背景下,以环境为第一价值取向,在城市未来建设使用中,综合采用了当今时代经济技术可行的集成技术群并给未来技术的创新和升级留有接口,以不增加原有基底和节约资源为根本目的,使城市规划设计一开始就以环境为主的整体性出发,以技术集成为平台,实现了整体资源消耗的最小化目标的技术集成体系,贯彻城市未来发展的生态、包容、循环、创新四大理念.城市未来学的内涵非常深刻,外延也极为广泛,城市未来的发展可以预计但又无法确定,本文唯愿作为一种学术探讨,以推动城市向更加美好的方向发展.
