The dry dusting evaporative cooling technology is taken up in the industrial production process such as converter and electric stove in steel industry due to its high efficiency in heat transforming, low energy consumption and second energy recovery operating factor.With the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software simulation of current status of spray in common temperature conditions in evaporative cooler, conducting research and analysis on the control of the spray quantity during in the coolers running, the water spray accurately control calculation formula is set based on the conservation of energy.The result indicates when the exact computation of the spray PID control is taken and the PLC program is taken to control the cutting and moderating valve of the steam and water, its possible to realize the accurate control of the spray quantity and go to the maximum extent for reducing the wet bottom phenomenon.This findings provide certain foundations for the further study in the actual evaporation cool conditions at high temperature in the evaporative cooler.
