本文利用全塑性有限元技术,系统地计算了中心裂纹焊接试样的断裂力学参量,给出了相关性良好的适用于工程应用的等效屈服强度和等效应变硬化指数的回归表达式。而且获得了和EPRT 工程力法相兼容的断裂力学参量确定力法,它既能适用于力学性能均匀材料,又能适用于力学性能不均匀材料裂纹体的断裂力学参量评定,将EPRI 工程方法向前推进了一步。
In this paper, the fracture mechanics parameters of the central crack welding specimen are systematically calculated by the all-plastic finite element method, and the regression expressions of the equivalent yield strength and equivalent strain hardening index which are suitable for engineering applications are given. In addition, the method of confirming the force of fracture mechanics compatible with the EPRT engineering force method is obtained. It can be applied to both the uniform mechanical properties and the fracture mechanics parameters of cracked material with non-uniform mechanical properties. A step forward.
