  Tumor metastasis has been a challenge in clinic treatment.High dose of chemicals or radiation sometimes introduce the resistance and even promote the metastasis process.However,low dose may be applied in clinic for slowing down tumor migration,which require further understanding of tumor behaviors.As the development of tissue engineering the techniques for 3D tumor spheroid has drawn much attention that can fill the gap between 2D experiments and 3D in vivo.
