  Cyberbullying is getting popular with school violence.In fact,through the internet students can be bullied any time,any place.It means the student cannot have any rest time,any safe place.Without facing each other,student can be more cruelty that facing each other.Moreover even strangers without knowing each other can do harm someone.But ordinary adults do not realize the seriousness of cyberbullying and they do not know what happened to their school kids through the smart phone or computer.Even they think bullying through the internet is not the bullying because there is no physical injury.Somebody asserted that underestimated thinking of the harmfulness of cyberbullying made the kids more difficult and aided the cyberbullying more spreadable.So,it is important adults-especially for parents and teachers-awareness of cyberbullying to stop or prevent the cyberbullying.The purpose of this research is to analysis of parents and teachers awareness of cyberbullying.For this,survey was done from Jul.21st to Aug.29th of 2014.The subjects were 531 parents and 477 teachers from elementary to high schools which were located of Jeollabuk-do.85.8%of teachers and 55%of parents knew that bullying has happened at the school.80.6%of teachers thought that bullying were occurred with cyberbullying.But only 29.8%of parents were aware that cyberbullying has happened to school students.Teachers were aware that around 10%of students per class were bully and 10.5%of students per class were bullied.Parents had low awareness of symptoms of the bully and the bullied.Their ability of digital tool usage is not enough,so they did not know how to use the digital tool and.They agreed that the most important thing to stop cyberbullying is the parents preventing effort.
