本文通过《钢结构设计规范》(GB 50017-2003)、《美国钢结构设计规范》(AISC 2005)和《美国输电铁塔结构设计导则》(ASCE 10-97)对输电塔单面受拉构件承载力进行计算分析。可以发现,有些连接构件在满足标准端距、孔距和边距的条件下,仅仅根据螺栓剪切强度和孔壁压应力选取螺栓数,不能满足抗撕裂的要求。而《架空送电线路杆塔结构设计技术规定》(DL/T 5154-2002)中并没有要求对连接构件进行抗撕裂强度计算,这就有可能使某些构件存在安全隐患。本文就此提出建议供设计参考。
In this paper, one-sided tension members of power transmission tower (GB 50017-2003), American Society for Design of Steel Structures (AISC 2005) and American Transmission Tower Structure Design Guidelines (ASCE 10-97) Carrying capacity calculation and analysis. It can be found that some connecting members can not meet the requirements of tearing resistance only by selecting the number of bolts according to the shear strength of the bolt and the compressive stress of the hole wall under the conditions of meeting the standard end distance, pitch and margin. However, there is no requirement to calculate the tearing strength of the connecting members in the Technical Specification for Structure Design of Overhead Transmission Lines (DL / T 5154-2002), which may cause potential safety hazard for some members. This article put forward suggestions for design reference.
