家蚕核型多角体病毒IE1的多克隆抗体制备及鉴定
家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)iel 基因是BmNPV DNA 复制的必需基因,其编码的IE1 蛋白能够反式转录激活杆状病毒早期基因的表达。为了进一步研究IE1 蛋白在家蚕核型多角体病毒感染宿主过程中具体的功能,研究通过PCR 扩增BmNPV iel 基因片段,亚克隆到原核表达载体pET32,获得重组质粒pET32-IE1,经测序正确后,转化至大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)表达菌株。

蓖麻蚕核型多角体病毒的miRNAs 生物信息学预测及初步验证
通过生物信息学的方法预测了PhcyNPV 基因组中142 条miRNA 成熟体分子,再用miRanda、RNAhybird 两个软件预测了miRNAs 对病毒自身靶基因进行预测,提取有共同交集的miRNA 33 条。用RT-PCR 验证这33 条miRNA,确定其中的6 条为miRNA 成熟体序列。

不同家蚕品种肠道微生物多样性初步分析
动物肠道中存在庞大而复杂的微生物群落，是宿主重要的“微生物器官”，对宿主生长发育具有非常重要的作用。由于遗传、饮食等因素，动物肠道微生物组成会产生差异。本研究以抗逆性差异显著的两个家蚕品种大造和菁松为试验材料，采用16S rRNA 克隆文库技术对两个家蚕品种的肠道微生物进行测序分析，主要结果如下：将两个品种的家蚕样品上机测序，原始数据进行去杂、优化获得样品优化数据。
