In order to investigate phylogenetic relationship of isolates of Colletotrichum spp.from apple and various noncultivated plants growing in the areas adjacent to apple orchards were collected from different sites.Phylogenetic analysis was completed using the internal transcribed spacer (ITS) rDNA, glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) and β-tubulin (TUB2).
