某工业园区内的一栋多层通用厂房,建于2009年,钢筋混凝土框架结构。2010年进行结构改造,在楼层和屋面增加了大量实验设备,使用活荷载超过了原设计值。本文详细介绍了该改造工程设计中,框架柱、梁的加固方法和构造措施。该改造方法通过调整设备布置,减小对原有结构的影响,从而达到缩短施工周期、降低工程造价的目的,为类似工程提供参考。
An industrial park in a multi-storey general plant, built in 2009, reinforced concrete frame structure. Structural modifications were carried out in 2010, adding a large number of laboratory equipment to floors and roofs, using live loads that exceeded the original design values. In this paper, the reinforcement methods and structural measures of frame columns and beams are introduced in detail in this project. The modification method can reduce the impact on the original structure by adjusting the equipment layout so as to shorten the construction period and reduce the construction cost, and provide reference for similar projects.
