　　This paper reports a novel and simple method of improving the detection sensitivity of a microfluidic Resistive Pulse Sensor (RPS).A novel electrokinetic flow focusing method, which can only allow the focusing solution (pure water) flow from one focusing channel to the other one, is applied.
