  Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are ideal materials for tissue reconstruction and regeneration.Research has indicated that hypoxia benefits MSCs survival,but little is known about the underlying mechanism.This study aims to uncover potential mechanisms involving hypoxia inducible factor 1 α (HIF-1 α) to explain the promoted MSCs survival in hypoxia.
