　　Purpose.We examined intraeellular Ca2+ levels and mitochondrial vulnerability to Ca2+ stress in TM of individuals with POAG.Methods.Primary cultures of TM cells from POAG and age-matched, non-diseased individuals were treated with the following calcium regulators: ROT; CsA; BAPTA/AM, or EDTA; ruthenium red; trifluoperazine; 2-APB or Xestospongin C.
