A concurrent topology optimization method for dynamic designs associating materials and structure with periodical microstructures was presented.The sensitivity formulae of hierarchical optimizations, i.e., material design, structure design and integrated design about porous metal, are given.On the base of the hierarchical optimizations model, numerical experiments of the MBB beam and the cantilever one were carried out.Based on porous metal bearing multi-functionality, the differences and applicability of hierarchical optimization design is discussed in the stucture loading field.It is concluded that structure design mainly targets in structure efficiency, material design mainly targets in multi-functionality and integrated design bears structure efficiency and multi-functionality, but needs massive computation at the same time.It provides some useful opinions about the porous metal choosing suitable design means.
