　　The present study aimed to observe the effect of rosuvastatin preconditioning on inflammatory cytokines-IL-1β and IL-6 release in vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMCs)after ischemia reperfusion.Thirty-six healthy SD rats were randomly assigned into three groups: sham operation group(sham group),focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group(model group)and rosuvastatin preconditioning group(test group).
