Objective:To analyze the complication in the treatment of the extremities and raise prevention and cure measures with intramedullary nail.Method:2436 factures with the extremities were treated with intramedullary nail in our department fom April,1997 to Jan,2006.Among them 2012 cases were tibia fractures,267 were femoral fractures,and 157 were humeral fractures.
