目的 观察补肾活血中药预防老年男性骨质疏松症的作用及机制.方法：将70例老年男性受试者随机分为试验组和对照组各35例,试验组服用补肾活血中药+钙剂预防骨质疏松症,对照组单服用钙剂,均用药6个月.测定腰椎(L1-4)及股骨近段(股骨粗隆、ward三角)骨密度,以及血骨钙素(BGP)、尿羟脯氨酸与肌酐比值(Hyp/Cr)评价疗效.结果：用药6个月后,试验组腰1-4椎体及股骨粗隆、ward三角骨密度均显
