高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离手术治疗与巩膜黄斑扣带术
目的 介绍有关高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离手术治疗的新进展。方法 对于高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离手术治疗，主要包括玻璃体切除术与巩膜黄斑扣带术，后者已成为治疗首先标准。本文我们介绍巩膜黄斑扣带术的新技术，即脉络膜上腔黄斑扣带术和新型巩膜黄斑扣带术。这些方式在操作台上使用准备好的材料便可简易组装，亦可应用在高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离玻璃体切除术失败后、硅油取出术后。
