铝胁迫下丹波黑大豆根中IAA响应基因的鉴定与分析

  铝是酸性土壤中植物生长和作物产量的主要限制因素。我们的前期研究发现,铝胁迫下外源添加IAA可以有效的增强丹波黑大豆(RB)的抗铝能力。为了更好理解该增强效应的分子机制,本研究利用数字基因表达谱(DGE)技术分析了应答铝胁迫和铝胁迫下应答IAA的响应基因。
