The skyrocketing cost for drug development requires pharmaceutical and biotech industry to increase the possibility of success for their drug development candidates in the later stage of their development pipeline.With the maturation of omics technology and accumulating understanding about these tools,it becomes possible to improve our understanding about the compounds in the clinical development and the indications most likely benefiting from those compounds.In the presentation,we will discuss computational strategies that will integrate with clinical development of compounds in clinical developments.In addition,the challenges in managing increasing amount in data demanded,collected and analyzed by clinical and experimental medicine studies will also be explored.Examples how those strategies will deliver value to the clinical development program and how the data management demands can be met will discussed.
