　　目的 Earlydiagnosisofchronicobstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD)isoftenignoredduetolimitedrecognitionandlimitedaccessofpulmonaryfunctiontestincommunityhospital.OurhypothesiswasthatlungfunctiondeclinemightbedifferentinmildCOPDorCOPDhigh-riskpopulationwithoutintervention,andtofindouttheclinicalprofileoflungfunctiondeclinetogetherwithlaboratoryexaminationmayprovideanewscreeningapproachforearlyinterventionofCOPD.

吡非尼酮治疗特发性肺纤维化1例及文献复习
目的 探讨吡非尼酮在特发性肺纤维化治疗中的疗效。 方法 回顾性分析我院收治的1例特发性肺纤维化口服吡非尼酮的临床表现、影像学及病理特点。 结果 两年来患者的胸闷症状明显改善，胸部CT显示双肺磨玻璃影未见明显加重。 结论 吡非尼酮在治疗中度特发性肺纤维化方面有一定的疗效。

中西医结合门诊哮喘病人特征分析
目的 本研究拟调查在中西医结合门诊就诊时哮喘病人的临床特征,为哮喘的防治提供更多依据.方法 记录其人口统计学资料、哮喘病史、用药史、哮喘控制情况.结果 共纳入86例哮喘患者,其中男/女：35/51,年龄5-85岁,平均年龄52.35岁；其中合并过敏性鼻炎史者62例,占72.09％；有家族性过敏性疾病(哮喘、过敏性鼻炎或湿疹)史者32例.收自报CAT评分平均为19.28；有肺功能检查史者19.61％
