本文分析了填充聚四氯乙烯/铁基金属摩擦付的磨损机理。指出疲劳磨损和微切削机制为其主要形式。研究了填充聚四氟乙烯/铁基金属摩擦付在干滑运行中运转膜的形成及老化过程,研究了填充聚四氟乙烯向金属偶件转侈的形式。分析了金属偶件表面对填充聚四氟乙烯各组份的吸附动力,提出了摩擦界面氧化物间的“n-p-n”结构假设。
This paper analyzes the wear mechanism of polytetrafluoroethylene / iron-based metal triblocks. It is pointed out that fatigue wear and micro-cutting mechanism are the main forms. The formation and aging process of filled PTFE / Fe-based metal friction coating during dry-skid operation were studied. The form of polytetrafluorethylene conversion to metal coupling was studied. The adsorption kinetics of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) component on the surface of the metal coupling was analyzed. The “n-p-n” structure assumption between the frictional interface oxides was proposed.
