　　Gold nanorods (GNRs) have received much attention in medical diagnostics due to their unique surface plasmon resonance (SPR) properties in the NIR region[l].As a typical one-dimensional (ID) nanostructure,the GNRs exhibit strong distance-dependent SPR properties as a result of plasmonic coupling.
