Oasis was the unique landscape of arid area and the basic places for sustain human activities and development in the arid region, especially,in China.Under the influence of the increasing human activities and the change of global climate, oasis change(the oasis expansion(oasification)and shrinkage(desertification))was the most one to reflect of environmental change directly in the arid area.In recent years, the mechanism of interaction between oasis change and landscape pattern had been considered as a highlight of regional environmental change research in arid areas.
