MOFs-templated synthesis of highly porous CuO/Cu2O heterostructures and their remarkable gas-sensing

Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) can be used as templates in preparing porous metal oxides due to their porosities, pore controlled and stability in structure.The as-prepared porous metal oxides are frequently applied in lithium ion battery, sensors1, and so on.Here we reported a facile strategy to fabricate porous CuO/Cu2O heterostructures with well-defined morphology, which is based on calcination of a Cu-MOFs (HKUST-1) precursor under appropriate temperature.
