In the twenty-first century,with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of the life level,a series of social problems arising from the support for the elderly has become increasingly prominent.In our country,under the influence of the traditional family values,most people still tend to home-based care for the aged.Therefore,how to improve the "familycommunity" integration of facilities for the elderly,and create suitable for the elderly living community environment system,is the key problem of home-based care for the aged.Based on in-depth investigation of the existing community facilities,community environment and apartment layout design,this essay uses environmental behavior theory,psychology,sociology,psychology,for the elderly,physiological and behavior characteristics,design principles to follow the people-oriented,to make comprehensive exploration of community adaptation strategy under the model of home care.For the future besides the traditional home care for the aged,it can provide feasibility study for the implementation of the new model of "community care for the aged" in Chinese city.Based on the analysis of the current home residential design problems and public service facilities for aged,this essay will put forward the corresponding improvement measures.
