Remote transmission,storage and real-time online analyzing,diagnosing and early warning of SAGD(steam assisted gravity drainage)downhole temperature and pressure monitoring data in real time are of great importance in timeliness and accuracy of dynamic analysis and production regulation and control of extra heavy oil reservoir in Xinjiang Oilfield.The completion of the system can realize real-time collecting,remote transmission and storage for downhole production data,real-time analysis and diagnosis of oil reservoir performance(oil reservoir temperature field),and regulation and control of injection production parameters,making the production in its optimum status.In this project,remote downhole temperature and pressure real time monitoring data transmission,analysis and application system,integrated with functions of collection,remote encrypted transmission,storage and analysis of SAGD temperature and pressure data,has been developed by means of analyzing SAGD production methods for extra heavy oil reservoir,collecting real-time temperature and pressure data and studying transmission methods,as well as combing advanced real-time optical fiber monitoring technology of temperature and pressure,wireless and wired networking communication technology and analyzing and diagnosing technology of real-time monitoring data.The system conducts five categories of statistical analysis and warning of three categories of abnormal data for SAGD downhole testing data,which provided reliable data support for production performance variation such as steam channeling,SUBCOOL and variation of downhole temperature field,system support for accurate analysis and diagnosis of researchers and production personnel and technological means of production regulation and control and fine management.Applications of the system showed that this system,featured with precise collection,stable transmission,convenient storage and fast application,has great prospect in the application.
