MR and Proton 1H-MRS imaging findings of primary intracranial B-cell lymphoma

　　Objective To combine the MR and Proton Maginetic Spectroscopy Imaging (1H-MRS) features of primary intracranial B-cell lymphoma for better diagnosis.Methods The MRI and 1H-MRS features were retrospectively analyzed in 17 cases of primary intracranial B-cell lymphoma proved by operation and pathology.
