居住方式与孤独感对老年人自评健康的交互作用及联合影响

【摘要】

：

了解居住方式与孤独感对老年人自评健康的交互作用及联合影响.以2013年开展的厦门市14292名60岁及以上的老年人横断面调查资料为基础,建立5个多水平logistic回归模型,分析居住方式与孤独感对老年人自评健康的影响,探讨二者是否存在交互作用,并进一步评价其联合影响.结果表明，居住方式与孤独感对老年人自评健康存在交互作用及联合影响；应鼓励老年人选择与配偶和子女共同居住，积极防控和降低老年人孤独感

上海市中老年体检人群慢性病及共病流行病学分析
