Peripheral arterial disease (PAD) is a growing problem that affects one in 20 people over the age of 55.This teamed with the fact that our population is getting older and living more active lifestyles longer has presented an increasing treatment dilema.Today there is multiple endovascular treatment options for PAD.We will review the different therapies by vascular beds and symptoms and compare outcomes in hopes of guidingthe interventionalist on what therapy is best for their patients.This will be briefly compared to traditional bypass accepted data.
