利用基于波导结构的功率合成器来合成高功率微波,是提高窄带高功率微波源输出能力的一个有效方式。本文设计了一种特殊的类τ型高功率微波合成器,该合成器可以用来合成X波段同一个频率下的两束高功率微波。文中给出了该合成器的设计方法及仿真结果,并且将该合成器结构与新型同轴双电子束高功率微波源[1]结合进行了粒子模拟,结果表明,当加载的二极管电压为674k V,导引磁场为0.8T,内电子束电流为6.6k A,外电子束电流为14.3k A时,该同轴双电子束高功率微波源输出的两路微波经功率合成器合成以后输出了频率为9.74GHz,功率高达3.5GW的微波。
The use of a waveguide-based power synthesizer to synthesize high power microwaves is an effective way to improve the output power of narrowband high power microwave sources. In this paper, we designed a special type of τ-type high power microwave synthesizer that can be used to synthesize two high-power microwaves at the same frequency in the X-band. The design method and simulation results of this synthesizer are given in this paper. The particle structure simulation of the synthesizer with a new coaxial dual-beam high-power microwave source [1] shows that when the diode voltage is 674k V, the guiding magnetic field is 0.8T, the internal beam current is 6.6k A, and the external beam current is 14.3kA, the two microwaves output by the coaxial dual-beam high-power microwave source are synthesized and output by a power combiner The frequency of 9.74GHz, power up to 3.5GW microwave.
