目的 探讨动机强化干预对睡眠呼吸暂停患者CPAP治疗依从性的效果.方法 采用随机对照研究方法,选取天津医科大学总医院呼吸科睡眠中心64例患者为研究对象,将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为动机强化(ME)组和对照组各32例.ME组患者采用动机强化干预,对照组采用常规健康教育.CPAP治疗4周后进行随访,比较两组患者呼吸机使用情况、嗜睡评分及睡眠质量.
