石墨相氮化碳增强型中空纤维结合气相色谱快速萃取检测尿液和血清中的尿酸

石墨相氮化碳(g-C3N4)是五种氮化碳结构(α相、β相、立方相、准立方相和石墨相)中最为稳定的一类同素异形体,平面结构是由聚三嗪结构单元通过三级N桥连,其富电子结构(p-π共轭)及富N官能团(-NH2/-NH-/=N-)赋予g-C3N4材料一定选择性萃取能力.该材料制备方法简单,可通过程序加热富N前驱体直接得到,而且该类聚合物材料具有热稳定性及化学稳定性好、密度低、耐磨性强、生物相容性好、无细胞毒性、易于结构修饰等多种优异的理化性质.本文首次将g-C3N4纳米片负载在HF的内孔中,制备得到g-C3N4增强型复杂基质膜(g-C3N4-HF),用于复杂基质样品(尿液和血清)中尿酸的直接萃取。
