Objective: The aim af this case report is to discuss that the acinic cell carsinoma of the parotid gland may transformate and act aggresive like high grade tumors.Methodology: A retrospective case analysis.Result: A 29-year old male patient with a history of superficial parotidectomy before two years referred with a complaint of otalgia and a mass in the external ear canal.
