秘鲁原矿矿相结构及组成研究

本文利用光学显微镜矿相分析、扫面电镜分析,以及X衍射物相分析等方法对首钢秘鲁原矿的矿物组成和显微结构进行了分析和鉴定.结果显示,秘鲁原矿中主要矿物为磁铁矿、赤铁矿、脉石和硫化物,并含有少量的黄铜矿和磷酸钙,其中脉石以石英矿物为主,硫化物为FeS、Fe2S3 和FeS2(黄铁矿).硫化物主要以条带状、片状或斑状结构嵌布于铁氧化物基体内,并多与脉石矿物共生存在.硫化物和脉石矿物与铁氧化物具有较高的解离度,颗粒直径在200~500μm之间,少数颗粒直径超过1000μm,破碎后具有较好的选矿脱硫条件.秘鲁原矿在首钢京唐选矿厂经先浮后磁的联合选矿后,品位由56.68%提高至65.75%,S含量由3.44%降至0.48%.
