C原子修饰的Si(111)表面对graphene电子性质调制的第一性原理研究

我们利用基于密度泛函理论的第一原理方法研究了C原子修饰的Si(111)表面对graphene电子性质的调制.我们发现graphene在清洁的Si(111)表面是不能稳定存在的,但是graphene会诱导清洁Si(111)表面发生2×1重构,在Si表面的graphene能保持自身独特的电子结构.
