This article first elaborates the necessity of enterprise crisis management plan formulation. Based on the analysis of the meanings, characteristics, development process and general methods of crisis management plan, this article briefly introduces the crisis management plan formulated by Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant under the severe management situation .
