　　Previous studies in our laboratory found that glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (Zwf) expressed up-regulate when Pectobacterium carotovorum subsp.carotovorum PccS1 interacted with Zantedeschia elliotiana in vivo, and the virulence of the gene insertional mutant of zwf was significantly reduced, but that of zwf gene deletion mutant was remained.
