上海东方医院新建大楼项目为超限高层建筑。主体建筑为:地上塔楼24层、裙楼8层,均设地下2层,其中塔楼建筑高度接近100m,钢-混凝土混合结构。介绍了本工程结构设计情况,根据现行设计规范对上部结构抗震超限问题进行判别,针对超限问题,在抗震设计中采取了主要抗震措施、计算分析方法。经对结构进行多模型、多软件分析,结果表明,结构的工作状态达到设计规范要求。
Shanghai Oriental Hospital, the new building project overrun high-rise buildings. The main building is: 24 floors above the ground and 8 floors inside the podium. Both of them have two underground floors, of which the height of the tower building is close to 100m and the steel-concrete mixed structure. The structural design of this project is introduced. According to the current design code, the superstructure anti - seismic overrun problem is identified. For the overrun problem, the main aseismic measures and calculation methods are adopted in the seismic design. After the multi-model and multi-software analysis of the structure, the results show that the working status of the structure meets the requirements of the design specifications.
