　　Cryptocaryonosis is a "vhite spot" disease in marine fish caused by Cryptocaryon irritants.The parasite exhibits several unique proteins that are critical for cell proliferation and infection process.To discover special proteins involved in infection stage, three group purified parasite proteins, theront, trophont and tomont, were analyzed by two dimensional electrophoresis(2-DE) coupled with Matrix-Assisted Laser Desorption/Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS).
