通过对山东省科技情报事业发展历程的回顾,依据省科技厅领导提出的科技情报“四个面向”的工作要求,结合山东省科技情报所的实际情况及发展需求,提出山东省科技情报所“十二五”时期“两个发展”的战略思考,并就新时期山东省科技情报所情报研究工作提出具体建议:在情报研究服务模式上推出“山东省科技决策支持系统”;在情报研究工作模式上推出“山东省情报研究协同平台”。
