Allium mongolicum Regel,which is the own plant of mongolia altiplano,belong to the Allium of liliaceous.It has a lot of nutrition component,so is an excellent sandy vegetable.Now the cultivated area of manual plant are enlarging year by year.This study took the annual Allium mongolicum as experiment material in the Inner Mongolia agriculture university science and technology garden testfield to study the effect of cutting 1,2,3,and 4 times on growth and nutrition component,then discussed the annual Allium mongolicum whether to fit to be harvested.The result showed:1.Leaf fresh weight,leaf dry weight,root dry weight and root fresh weight of Allium mongolicum were all reduced with the increased of cutting frequencies.
