　　Both aggregation and microbes play vital roles in maintaining soil quality.Investigating the influences of agronomic practices on microbiological properties within aggregates would enhance our understanding of soil processes.The objective of this study was to analyse the combined effects of conservation tillage and residue retention on soil aggregation,and also microbial functional diversity,enzyme activity and glomalin-related soil protein(GRSP)content within aggregates.
