In this paper, we present a proposal to control the size of silver nano-particle in precise way by using dendrimer as template.The release rate of silver nanoparticles in the hole can also be controlled by changing dendrimer-based group, which is considered to being effective, durable, and efficient sterilization antibacterial.The Ag nanoparitcles in the hole of dendrimer are obtained by reduction of AgNO3 with NaBH4 in the presence of PAMAM dendrimer as template.The relations between the diameter of the Ag nanoparitcles and the generations of dendrimers are explored.The influence of pH value on the size and orientation of silver particle, the concentration of the raw materials / reductant on diameter of silver nanoparticles, and regulating type of the end function groups and the size of the molecular weight on the release of nano-silver particles were all carried out in this paper.Moreover, the silver nanoparticles were characterized by UV-visible absorption, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscope (AFM).
