Energy storage ceramic capacitor was developed in electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles in the last few years.Due to the work environment,overall performance,economical efficiency,ceramic capacitor with both temperature-independent permittivity and high energy density was demanded.The dielectric property and energy storage property of 0.6Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-(0.4-x)NaNbO3-xBa(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3 ternary ceramic were first studied in this report.
