[目的]对我国青少年吸烟影响因素进行客观评估并提出控烟履约策略。[方法]阐述现阶段影响我国青少年吸烟的主要因素，分析评估其对青少年吸烟的危险程度。[结果]我国青少年吸烟受家庭“有烟环境”和社会“吸烟环境”及“个体差异”的“多重因素影响”，面临“效仿吸烟”、沦为未来“烟民”的危险，其遭受“二手烟”暴露的状况不容乐观。
