During recent years, semiconductor copper sulfide (CuS) nano-structures were widely applied in medicine, sensor, photodegradation of pollutants, and photothermal ablation of tumor cells, due to its low cost, low cytotoxicity, good electrocatalytic activity and the intrinsic NIR region absorption.Unfortunately, Van der Waals force between nanoparticles causes strong aggregation which prevents effective catalytic contribution and photothermal ablation therapy of each nanoparticle. Therefore, it is highly desirable to construct well dispersed CuS nanoparticles on support to improve the optical and electrical properties.
