Breast cancer is one of the most common female cancer.According to three molecular markers including ER, PR, and Her2, breast cancer is divided into luminal A, luminal B, Her-2 positive and basal-like.Basal-like breast cancer is more aggressive in which endocrine therapy and molecular targeted therapy is invalid.The Epithelial-Mesenchymal Transition(EMT) is an important process in migration of breast cancer, which is closely related to the loss of E-cadherin.Snail, including Snaill (Snail), Snail2 (Slug) and Snail3 (Smuc), is an important transcription inhibitor of E-cadherin.MiRNA can activite or inhibite the expression of Slug.
